Any rush order is subject to a rush fee. This is because it takes
additional processing and immediate attention. Certain manufactured
items have to be put on hold to accommodate a rush request. This means
additional overtime.
EVENT DATES ARE REQUIRED ON ALL RUSH ORDERS!
1-Day, 2-Day, or 3-Day shipping may be required
to meet your "need by" date.
If you are ordering worship garments and need them in under 2 weeks,
this is considered a rush and a rush fee may apply.
Any worship garments needed within 1 to 3 days is considered extremely
URGENT. We need a phone call to check availability on qty, size, and colors
before placing the order.
"Rush Season" worship garments are considered a rush if ordered
six weeks prior to Christmas or Easter. The rush service is then changed
to a flat fee regardless of subtotal.
Please review our shipping policy. Rush fees are not refunded if the order is
canceled or returned.
Additional Information
Garments are shipped FedEx only and take 2 - 6 weeks depending on season/demand to the scheduled ship date.
Flags and batons are shipped UPS only and are scheduled to ship in one to two days.
Decorative fringe is
shipped UPS only and normally shipped within 3 weeks.
Most other items can go Priority Mail, if desired, and are typically shipped within two weeks.
Please allow time for in-house processing and shipping time in transit. This means there is the time we take to process your order and the time it takes the shipping company to reach you. Please note that FedEx and UPS do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday and a physical address is required.
