It is not necessary for The Joy Shoppe products you view online to be on a secure server because they are only there for browsing the isles. However, all information sent to the receiving site (such as your order and payment) is handled by a secure server. Credit card numbers are either processed automatically online through a secure gateway or manually by customer service. If manually, The Joy Shoppe retrieves your information off the secure database and then process credit cards at our physical location through an electronic terminal. ^

Yes - we do collect personal information, however we feel that it is your right to have your information remain private. How Can I Change My Email or Physical Address or Request To Be Removed?
If you wish to change the email or physical address you originally provided, or no longer wish to receive sales events, please send an email to us with the subject line of "change of status".
