Edges do not fray because they are embossed (small square pressed ridges.)

Tip: There may be fraying on the very ends if batted frequently on commercial carpet- even though the ends are triple hemmed. We suggest treating your ribbon with FrayCheck®, which can be found at any crafts store. This will also prolong the life of the product. If dancing on wood or smooth surface flooring batting is not an issue.
